Welcome to the Chase Design Content Management System (CMS) Online Demonstration. The purpose of this website is to show you how easy it is to manage your own website with Chase Design's new Content Management System.
What are the benefits of a Content Management System?
With a Chase Design Content Management System website, you have the power to make changes to your website. There is no need to call a developer to make basic changes or add new content to your website. This doesn't mean that you are required to make changes on your own; we're always here to help.
Login to this sample website
In order to make changes to this sample website, you must first login with a username and password. For the purposes of this demonstration, we've included a login form to the left. On your Chase Design website, this login form would be hidden from the public.

Start making changes to this sample website
Your new Chase Design website will already have some pages created (just as this sample website does). You can easily modify these pages and add additional pages to your site if you wish. Read the next two sections to learn how to modify existing content and add new content.
Once you're logged in, you should see an Administrator Menu to the left. If you don't see the Administrator Menu, make sure you've logged in using username "demo" and password "demo" (without the quotes).
Modifying existing content
Editing pages is easy with a new Chase Design website. Simply browse to the page you want to modify and click the "edit" tab at the top.
For example, click on the Sample About Us Page link to the left and click the "edit" tab. You'll be taken to a private administration page where you can make the desired changes to that page's information. Click Preview to see your changes before saving them, then click Submit to save the page.
Adding new content
Click on the Create Content link to get an overview of each different type of content you are allowed to add to this sample website.
For example, if you want to add a news release to the "Sample Recent News" section, simply click the "Add Story To Recent News" link and follow the instructions on that page.
Feel free to experiment adding and modifying content as this sample website will reset every 24 hours.
